Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card information will be kept on file for booking purposes only.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice
Fee: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, your card on file will be charged 20% of your scheduled service price.
